Bottle. Pours clear yellow with a medium white head that dissipates with nice lacing. Aroma is honey, grain, a bit of pepper, some lemon, grass. Flavor is about the same, lightly sweet with a light citrusy bitterness. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. This shit ain’t too bad. I wish I would have had it when it was fresh.

355ml bottle at ABV 4.8% from The Naked Grape, Alresford. Pale amber with a billowing cream coloured head and light carbonation; freshly mown grass and honey on the aroma; crispy grainy taste with a touch of citrus and a milky body; then some floral hops giving a drying finish with some lingering honey. A rather good German-style Pils.

Bottle on train poured into plastic glass - 30/09/12. Mid amber with a thick fluffy white head. Pale malt nose, some grass, light citrus, some herbal notes. Taste follows nose, noble hops, spice, citrus. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation leading to a smooth finish.

Fresh aroma with light hop and citrus coming through. It’s very full flavoured for a Pilsener. Has quite a sharp citric taste with a nice bitter finish. Mouthfeel is slightly creamy. Easy to drink session beer.

12 ounce bottle into pilsener glass, best before November 2012. Pours lightly hazy golden amber color with a nice 2 finger dense white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Good foamy lacing clings to the glass. Aromas of lemon zest, orange, herbal, floral, grapefruit, bread, cracker, pine, and light earth. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance. Taste of orange zest, lemon, pine, herbal, floral, grapefruit, bread, grass, and light earth. Light spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of citrus, pine, floral, bread, grass, and herbal on the finish for a bit. Great flavor balance with a nice amount of delicious citrus hoppiness. No cloying flavors at all after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a crisp and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with almost zero warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is a delicious Pilsner! Great hop flavor profile and balance; extremely smooth to drink. Very enjoyable.
