Wow, what a crazy mess of ingredients this can lists on its label! Pour is a slight haze on light pale. Nose appears to be mildly metallic with a lace of tart olfactory. First taste is pure medium heavy tartness and oddly, I can't seem to pick out any other flavors initially. However, in the middle, maybe I'm getting some lemon grass tartness, not sure. It just seems to be a tart beer with virtually no other flavor, so hard to describe. Virtually no sign of bitterness nor alky in this. Yea, just a tart beer; almost reminds me of some of those unflavored gueuze lambics I've had in the past. Very interesting. Good sizzle and cutting co2 on the palate. Maybe a touch of funk as well. I wasn't sure what to expect but this turned out to be a surprisingly good beer tasting session!

Cloudy yellow with a medium sized white head. Tangy, sweet and a bit tart with tropical fruit and citrus. Medium finish and body.
