Bottled. A golden beer with a thin lazing off-whíte head. The aroma has notes of fruit and a bit of straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruits - peaches, metal, and a bit of straw.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a creamy off-white head leaving some laces. Sweet fruity, peachy hop aroma. Solid body, lots of fruit and sweet caramel . Although decently hopped it’s not quite enough to balance the massive sweetness. A rare "proper" IPA from Britain. 190110

Bottle, Carringtons, Chorlton. This was a thoroughly pleasant surprise. Amber/gold colour pour with a decent white head. Bags of fresh citrus, tropical fruit and resinous hop in the aroma which was super enticing and promised good things ahead. Similar themes in the flavour which was clean and very moreish; booze hit was pretty well masked. Maybe not as hop sodden as some of the American IPAs, but this is more than capable of punching its weight with the best of them. An absoloutely top notch English IPA that stands head and shoulders above the majority of tedious english ales. Will certainly be seeking out more of this.
