Flavour is ridiculously complex and intense, with an absolutely sublime berry character that melds perfectly with the honey. Sweet but not cloying as usual, with a remarkable depth. Beauty.

Bottle shared at Rich's. It pours deep oily purple. The aroma is sweet, oily, tangy, juicy, tangy, purple fruits, plum, blackcurrant, loganberry, purple chewits, parma violets and honey glazed donut. The taste is slick, smooth, tangy, oily, chewy, toothy, tangy, loads of purple fruits, plum, blackberry, loganberry, blackcurrant, purple chewits, parma violets, purple soothers, jammy, sugary, honey berry and some warming booze l through the finish. Fulsome body and slick mouth feel. Crazy tasty.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Very deep purple. Jammy berries, some slightly floral honey, sweet and sour, full-bodied, rounded, some alcohol. Really good.

B2. Schramm's tasting #1. Deep purple with lacing. Quite raw, not much sweetness. Loads of dill, astringent lingonberry/cranberry. Unfortunately did not age well.

Bottle. Deep purple color with no head. Aroma is deep red berries, very luscious, blackberries. Taste is berries, super juicy, on the sweeter side, some honey, mild tannins. Oily mouthfeel. Awesome!
