Cask at the Euston Tap. Rich gold pour with a foamy, white head. Grassy hop aroma, notes of dank, skunky cheese. Lightly sweet, but dominated by the hops, lots of grass, resin juice, some pine. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sticky, oily finish, dank, lingering grass, earth, cat pee. Has a very raw, fresh hop character. I guess some raters just can’t handle the hops.

Cask gravity at Planet Thanet BF 2011. Clear gold lasting bubbly white head. Quiye odd harsh hop on this. Bit of a wake up beer. Touch of cheese on the hop. Not my favourite. Its ok just

Bottled. A dark golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and lots of hops - elderflowers and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of elderflowers, malt, straw, and other flowers, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a tiny, rough white head. Almost astringent hoppy nose with some biscuity accents - indeed very American. Medium body, flat - something must be wrong here. Sweet caramel and fruits with a very subdued bitterness. 180110
