0.355l bottle @ Henrik, Bergen. Pours a hazy yellow orange body with NO head what so ever. Nose is hay, wheat, some yeast and quite citrusy. Lively carbonated and light-bodied. Quite wheaty, but there is also a sour note with some tiny sweetness to it. Apple perhaps? It's a wheat alright, but the body gets a bit to watery near the end for this to be a great wheat. Never the less, a sweet and refreshing beer.

Bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a good, solid head and a good carbonation. Pleasant aroma, with traces of spruce, flowers and a hint of coriander, herbs and spices. A medium to full body considering it’s a wheat, and it has a good creamy feel in the mouth. Hoppy taste of fruit/ honey and sweet citrus, very well balanced with a caramelized malt.

12 oz bottle that was part of a World Market summer pack. Bottled on 04 21 10 according to the label. Pour is hazed yellow golden with a fizzy 2 inch white head that falls pretty fast. The lacing is pretty minimal. Aroma is soft grain wheat, lemon citrus and very nicely blended clove yeast. Really nicely melded and natural nose. Taste follows the nose, with grain wheat, a slight lemon citrus edge and a nicely soft clove yeastiness to the finish. There is also some orange fruit sweetness present. A bit less integrated than the nose, but still nice. Palate is medium bodied, coats the mouth nicely yet still is crisp in the finish. Perhaps is a touch thin, coming across as a bit watery. I liked this one a, quite drinkable, nice American Hefe.

0335ml bottle from Systembolaget (5.0 %). Poured cloudy, dark orange with a thin white head. Aroma is yeasty and somewhat soury. Flavor is not very typical hefeweizen, instead this one tastes very strongly of yeast and sweet malt. Especially finish is very alcohol driven with taste of plums. Poured alot of yeast sediments from the bottle. Could not see BB date, might have been an old bottle. From the taste I could have guessed this to be a belgian ale more than a weizen.
