Bottle bought at the Belvoir Alehouse, drunk at home. Light reddish brown, thin and translucent. A small beige head on top. Light toffee and redcurrant aroma. Malty, malty, malty and oh so sweet taste, with a light hoppy bitterness. Toffee chews in the aftertaste. Simple and refreshing. A decent bitter.

A bit hazy, medium amber colour, good two-finger off-white head, half-way lasting, fair lacing. Malt aroma, roasty, apple syrup, caramel. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, roasty, toffee, average duration, dry malty finish, chalky and spicy notes. Light to medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation, crisp beer, malt rules this one, very pleasant bitter.

Bottle: Nearly clear, dark amber-reddish with a small beige head....bubbles on glass... Toffee, barley aroma. Taste is dry...toffee malt, with a mild leafy bitter. Very nice......a little tea-like in the finish.

Mocno wytrawny finisz. Goryczkowy posmak. Aromat kwiatowy. Czerwono-miedziany kolor oraz niewielka piana. Gorycz jak na klasycznego bittera odpowiednia.

500ml Bottle: best before Sep 2013. Poured at home into a UK pint sleeve glass. Reddy amber body, bright almost: off-white head of thin foam on top. Malts rule this brew: roasted, toasted malts to be exact. Fairly sweet tasting beer with a fuity feel to the malt molasses, toffee notes can clearly be found within the malty flavour. Crisp and well carbonated, easy to drink and interesting.
