This copper-hued IPA is our brewer’s interpretation of a style made popular in the Northwestern part of the US. Malt-forward and medium bodied, our version has a steady note of caramel with subtle pine and resin, complimented by a clean, bitter finish. The Mosaic, Citra, and El Dorado hop flavors stand out from the malt, coming through as melon, orange, and dark fruit.
