Big bottle. Pale gold not much carb. Sour and tart, very dry finish. Nothing special.

Bottle from Wolf Brew in Brevard, NC. 8.4%abv. Pint glass @ home. Pressed back & deleted my first rate. :/ Bud Light pour. Subtle, soft, bittersharp apples, dry yeast, talcum powder, & melon nose. Cola level acid upfront. Pure lemon juice, residual yeast, plum pits, savory salad greens, neutral finish. As it warms you get a little of a macerated apple core/skin flavor. Boozy. Strong carbonation, thin, sharp, dry, pithy. Needs a share. Harsh. Good.

Super pale barely golden tinted body with absolutely no head at all - this literally looks like white grape juice or a glass of any steel-based white wine. Aroma of pale apples, a bit of grass, some subdued dryness and a hint of sugars - nice, but mild. Light-bodied; Strong pale apple flavour that shows some nice sweetness, a bit of hay and earth and ends with a faint bit of alcohol and a lot of very dry grassy and appley flavours. Aftertaste is mild and subdued with the apples, alcohol and mild grass only noticeable. No real complexity and no deep flavours at all - this is nice, but predictable. Overall, a nice, grassy and very dry cider with some good sweetness, a lot of appley taste and little else, be that good or bad! I sampled this sixteen ounce pint on draught at Whole Foods in Pentagon City (Arlington) at the end of my driveway on 24-October-2016 for US$4,00.

Sampled at Fireworks Arlington. Pours a clear, limey gold with zero head. Nose is fairly mild, muddle apples, green apple skins, mild honey. Not a whole lot happening in the aroma. Flavor shines more, crisp green apple, some mild earthy crab apple too, honey, a little dried fruit lurking - like dried cherry or raisin, some pear notes too. Crisp finish.
