Sampled at Fireworks Arlington. Pours a clear, limey gold with zero head. Nose is fairly mild, muddle apples, green apple skins, mild honey. Not a whole lot happening in the aroma. Flavor shines more, crisp green apple, some mild earthy crab apple too, honey, a little dried fruit lurking - like dried cherry or raisin, some pear notes too. Crisp finish.

Refrigerated 75 cl brown bottle corked and capped poured into a white wine glass. Pours pale yellow (about as light as I have seen), no carbonation, very little head, slightly syrupy texture, and no lacing. Taste is tart apple (mostly granny smith), white wine, and dry. Closer to a white wine than a cider for me.

Bottle. Jazy pale yellow color, almost white. Aroma of dusty apple skins. Taste is slightly carbonated sour and dusty lemon peel and apples. Nice.

Bottle courtesy of Drake. Sweet tart apple and light vinous yeast aroma. Sparkling pale yellow, no head per usual for cider. Tart, dry vinous apple flavor. Very similar to a dry white wine. Light carbonated body.

Had this one on draft at the Blue Mountain Brewpub. Poured a slightly hazy color with a slight green tint to this particular cider. Aroma was slightly tart apples with a touch of sweet sugars. Flavor was pretty good. Tart and crispy notes to this one. Pretty refreshing.

Location: Draft at the Blue Mountain, 11/21/12
Aroma: The nose is somewhat tart apple, some wine-like notes, and a little funk
Appearance: It pours a pale yellow-white color with no head or lace at all
Flavor: This one tastes similar to the nose, it is not super sweet, intead it is more tart
Palate: It has a light body, a soft carbonation, and a finish that is almost dry wine-like
Overall Impression: This was more of a tart cider then a sweet one, and thought it wasn’t amazing, I found it pretty enjoyable for what it was trying to be.

Sour dry apple nose. Cloudy pale yellow,no apparent carbonation. Drinks truly dry, but with apple notes discernible. A tinge of tartness at midpalate, finishes phenolic. I’m not yet acquainted with this cidery, but they have made one of the few dry ciders I enjoy.

Served on draft at Whole Foods Market Charlottesville. Pours a clear golden color with a medium sized creamy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of tart apples, a bit of graininess with a sweet apple and honey finish. The taste is tart apples, grainy, with a sweet finish. Straightforward. A bit thin. Fairly nice.
