Tap outside at Commenwealth restaurant in Charlottesville. Rich golden colored. Light nose is grains and citrus. Tastes of soft citrus, pine, grain and mandarin oranges. Soft but pleasant palate. Easy drinking.

Keg at brewery. Slightly hazy gold large foamy offwhite head, good retention. Aroma of grapefruit, pine, resin, pale malt. Taste is pine, grapefruit, pale doughy malt. Thin, mild lingering bitterness. Smells great but then kinda mediocre.

Tap at brewery. Listed as just an IPA rather than a double. Pours orange with a soft white head. Aroma of lemon zest, grapefruit, grass. Taste is honey, orange peel - heavily, lemon zest, mild earth. Best of the 6 I've tried so far. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft: Orange and lemongrass nose. Hazy amber, medium head, good lace. Cantaloupe and tangerine. Medium body, easy carbonation. Billed as brewed with Scottish yeast, which I’m not sure I get, this is a distinctive, tasty beer.
