A classical one, of course better than the normal version that it is not complicated to do. This one is not exceptional but it makes the job a pils on the Swiss way, 22.04.21, at the Swiss Vapeur Parc, le Bouveret.

(Bottle) Pours clear golden with small white head. Subtle aroma of grainy malt. Light body with rather fizzy carbonation. Taste of grainy malt with some slightly harsh bitterness in finish. Not good.

Can 33cl. from Drinks of the World Zürich shared with the wife @hotelroom in Zürich, poured into a small glass. Clear pale golden colour, small frothy white head, mostly diminishing, nice lacing. Aroma sweet amlt, grain, sweaty socks, hay. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malt, grain, hay. Light body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation, sweet and slightly bitter aftertaste, bit sugary, light spicy notes, acceptable.

clear pale golden colour, one inch dense white head, which lasts for a few minutes; aroma of herbal, grainy, slightly citrusy and grassy notes; taste of bread crust, some green apple, herbal-hoppy notes, slight citruses and maybe a hints of metallic notes; not that bad

18.02.2019 -- 0.33l can from national in bern, 6 fr (but free). pours an almost clear golden with a frothy head. aroma of apples. flavour of green apples, grass, grains. sweetish, malty. oily mouthfeel. more like an export. ok.

Bouteille 25cl à Moudon. Spéciale il y a surement qcq années, toutes les bières Feldschlossen ne sont plus que l’ombre d’un temps révolu de la grosse industrie brassicole. Bref, dorée, col blanc. Retrouve une base typique de malt pils, peut être un peu plus ronde ici en rapport avec la Cardinale de base, houblon toujours sur une variante noble qui confère le stricte min en terme de nez. Palais est léger, malt pils avec léger retrait de grains, petite rondeur ajoutée tirant sur un léger cara malt. Amertume minimaliste noble avec qcq effet de citronné et fleuri. Rien de spécial.

33cl bottle on the terrace of the Hotel Rene Capt in Montreux. Another non-descript Swiss beer drunk in a stunning location, this time looking across Lake Geneva to Chateau Chillon. A pale straw pour with a loose white head; grainy aroma; and a crisp grainy taste.
