Appearance: Dark golden, clear. Good amount of creamy off-white head.
Aroma: Light malt, grains. Earthiness.
Taste: Grains, light malt. A bit watery. Slight bitterness.

Bottle. Aroma is butter, diacetyl, dinkel grains. Body is rather light, softly sweet, low lively carbonation, still buttery. Not much of a flavour, texture could also be a lager. Dry watery palate. Meh.

Fast gone fluffy head over pale copper beer. Other grains jumping out of the glass, caramel, toasted malts. Caramel², parsley, toasted malts, watered-down maple syrup. Light body, faint gristslickness, very low on carbonation. Hmm... for the wholemeal enthusiasts.

Bottled@PBF IX. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grass, grains, some nice bananaish and earthiness. Flavour is very similar with a rather low bitterness but still towards a quite drinkable thing.

Clear golden color, small white head Grainy a bit sweet malty aroma. Light bodied. Fruity, green apple in the flavor. Low bitterness. Duh.

Aroma has grainy malt and some hay. Flavour has grainy malt and some hay. Feels starchy and somewhat sticky. Also some grassy tones and hints of mint. Drinkable.

Medium yellow colour with a white head. Aroma of grain, malt and grass-like. Sweet malty flavour with notes of hops.

Bottle. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow color. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Lightbitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Watery palate. Ok dinkel.

Swing-top bottle. Sweet-tart dinkel malt (like a mix of barley and wheat) and banana aroma. Hazy golden yellow color with small head. Moderately sweet wild grain malt flavor with a honey and light lemon finish. Tasty - nice wild wheat flavor.
