In 2007 a new beer, impressioned by the use of organic orange flower honey, was added to the Barley range, offering a delicate leaning towards elegant citrus flavours and perfumes.
Zàgara presents itself orange in colour with a creamy head, tight and persistant. the nose experiences an explosion of orange and spices, whilst the palate enjoys the malt, orange and a finale of dry hops, which renders this beer both extremely quaffable and thirst quenching.
Excellent as an aperitif, and at the table marries happily with pumpkin ravioli, a fresh fish salad or with white meat with goat's cheese or pecorino.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è strutturato. Il dolce è medio. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, pane cotto di recente, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi e frutta secca.

Gylden brun klar med beige høyt skum. Lukter fersken, røde bær og lett karamell. Søtlig fruktig smak, noe karamell. Lett bitter avsluttning.

Bottle thanks to Nisse666! Sampled on September 1, 201275 cl, BB FEB 2013, LOT 24-12Hazy amber color, off-white to yellow head. Herbal, green scent. Weak, herbal, slight bitter, watery, malty sugary taste. Sort of thin mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Pours a very nice copper color, cloudy, with a small sized but persistent head. The aroma is delicate, fruity, with some malt, and no sign of age. The body is weak, the flavor is simple, with some vegetables; dry, with medium-low bitterness.

cloudy brown, almost clear smooth white head. faint aroma, flowery, very faint red fruits??. flavor is bitter, malty, flowery, nice bitter flavor with flowery and yellow fruity notes.
