Clear, reassuring and familiar, with an old gold colour and persistent foamy head. The warm sensations of malt are ideally balanced by the fresh notes of the aromatic hops used in the dry-hopping process. Full body, clean and intense, enjoyably bitter and pleasantly drinkable.

Bottle from Wine and Cheese. Pours amber with a bubbly white head. Aromas of malt and cooked fruit. Near medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is malty with something like cooked light stone fruit. I’m thinking belgian, then looked up, and it says belgian on the page. A little toffee. Not much in the way of spice. HInts of yeast. Pretty good.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a small, fizzy white head over a hazy golden hued body. Aroma of corn, wheat, grass, banana and chocolate. Taste is B.O., corn and grass. Slightly bitter. Not good. Light bubbles.

500 ml bottle. Slightly hazy golden body with a disappearing light beige head. Slightly fruity and notes of spices in aroma. A light and gentle ale, very refreshing but not very memorable.

Bottle at Københavnske Øldage. Clear, golden with a minimal white head. Fruits and a weak note of caramel in the aroma Grain, fruits, some hops and some spice in the flavor, like a Belgian blond, which this probably is an intepretation of. Medium body and a fruity finish. Very refreshing beer, but flavorwise it is a bit anonymous. (070512)
