Bottle 500ml @ home
Pours hazy golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, grass, pine and hint of citrus and caramel. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long slightly yeasty, citrus, grassy and piney finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Odense Catching Up on Stuff Left in the Cellar Event July 2012. Amber with a small white head. The aroma has a bit of citrus, some grainy malt and a yeasty note. Sweetish malty flavour with yeast and a touch of citrus

Hazy orange with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is Sweet, malty, caramel, yeasty and moderate hoppy - peach and citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. A positive surprise from Bøllingsø. 051211

Mild gehopfter Antrunk, der dafür aber fruchtige Noten bereithält. Dezent herb, trocken, harzig. Weniug süß, der Hopfen kann im Mittelteil ein wenig zulegen. Vollmundiges Ende, hier ist die hopfig-süß-herbe Mischung gelungen. Zitrusnoten, dann blumig. 9/11/11/10/8/11
