We'll be releasing Stalks (a port-barrel-aged pale sour with rhubarb) in a few weeks, but for our third anniversary party we created this special keg with a dose of freeze-dried strawberries! It has a snappy fruit flavor layered on a acidic/dry base that mostly stays out of the way.
