From the edeka, Erdingen, 3rd of August, after a full day of rulantica. Basic, not bad, but don't expect a grand cru. Dry malt, bready, a bit salty, watery, classical bitterness, could be a bit more subtle, ok, 05.08.24

0.33 l bottle from 'EDEKA' (Breisach am Rhein), best before May 2026. Clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly malty and minimally floral aroma of grains, some straw and traces of corn flakes. Gently sweet, slightly malty, moderately bitter, gently dry and minimally floral taste of grains, some straw and a touch of corn flakes, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly dry finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Average NA lager.

Bottle at Brel in Glasgow's West End. Golden with a small carbonation and a small creamy head. Malty-hoppy in both aroma and taste and clearly devoid of alcohol, however its mouthfeel is not bad.

Bottle. Clear golden body with a thick white head that holds well. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of lime and cabbage. Flavour of steel and lemon. Thin body with a slick texture. Light fizz. A bit tinny and one-dimensional.

Bottle at New Hall Summer Fete from an AF pop-up bar. Light malty aroma.  Copper gold. Foamy white head. Medium sour citrus. Light bitter. Underlying cardboard malts. Light. Thin. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish. Fine. More enjoyable than some pissy pale lagers.

14/6/2021. Bottle from WiseBartender.co.uk. Pours clear pale gold with a large long lasting fluffy white head. Aroma of corn, sweet malt, light citrus, grass, touch of cardboard. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness with a metallic veggie edge. Moderate body, slight watery texture, average carbonation. Bittersweet finish. Did it’s job on a sunny lunch break.
