bottle, bought at the brewery. Hazy brown colour with a small beige head. Sourish nose with a fruity touch, reminds me of a Flemish Sour Ale. Malty base with lots of flavours going on: oak, chocolate, a tiny hint of smoke, all combined with a pleasant and refreshing fruity sourness. The flavour also has elements of a Sour Ale with a nice oak character. Low carbonation, smooth and velvety on the palate. This is a very unusual but extremely tasty Dunkelweizen with a wild rural character. Brilliant!
