0.5 l bottle from 'SpeciaalBierPakket.nl', best before February 2025. Clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity-floral and a little musty aroma of grains, honey, some straw and light peas. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly musty and a bit floral taste of grains, bread crust, cardboard, some straw and light honey, followed by a short, gently bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Weird brew, becomes more pleasant after a while.

Deeper golden with a firm white head. Malt driven with some grain, honey, mineral, and some toffee. Medium bodied. Finish has a light hop bitterness but covered mostly by a level malt profile. Good bock.

(Keg at Pikkulintu Puotila, 20241215) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had honey, grass, pilsner malts and grain. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, malts, honey and bitterness. Aftertaste had grain, grass and bitterness. Tasty.

Bottle at Pelikan. Deep clear golden. Early summer, sour, grainy. Bold, front heavy, buttery mouthfeel. Metallic sweet bread, spicy herbal. Drinkable.

Flaska från Hier-gibts-bier.de. Klar gyllenfärgad värska med ett högt stabilt kritvitt skum. Doft av bröd, säd, honung och hö. Potent. rejäl kropp, värmande alkohol. Hö, bröd, kryddor, gräsig och pepprig beska, söta äpplen och honungssötma men sammantaget torr och krispig. Mycket gott.

Bottle, huge thanks Motelpogo for sharing! Clear golden body, white head. Flowery and lightly grainy aroma. Grainy, salty-minerally but also lightly creamy taste, not that much hoppiness. Pretty solid stuff really, but not a wow.
