On tap at the brewpub. Trübes kräftig goldenes Bier mit großem stabilen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch bananig, hefig, angenehme Nelken Aromen. Geschmack mild fruchtig, hefig, kaum bananig, Gewürznelken.

Hefig-wässriger Antrunk, die Wässrigkeit nimmt noch zu. Unspektakulär, die Bananigkeit wirkt dabei aufgezwungen, ist aber ebenfalls sehr mild gehalten. Zum Ende wässrig, bananig und getreidig, süffig. Nicht wirklich ausgereift.

Draught @ Brauerei Will, Haus Nr. 19, 96187 Stadelhofen-Schederndorf, Oberfranken/Bayern, Germany. [ As Schederndorfer Landweizen ]. Unclear hazy medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, light citrus, moderate yeasty, fruity, clove, rubber - banana notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, fresh. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091220]
