On tap at the brewpub. Served with a hazy, yellow-golden body and a finger-thick white leaving lacings. Butterscotch and fresh fruits on the nose. Some hints of grass and flowers. It’s full-bodied and smooth on the palate, quite dry, yet tasting sweet, fruity-sweet mostly. A nice bitterness saves the day. The hops also gives a grassy, piny flavor. Lasting finish with the bitterness dominating. Overall, quite decent, but not my favorite. 110818

Clear golden with a small white head. Aroma had diacetyl, malt and grassy hops. Fairly dry flavor with hints of diacetyl, barnyard, malt and grassy hops. Finished dry and bitter.

Draught @ Brauhaus Eutin - St. Michaelis Bräu, Markt 11, 23701 Eutin, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany.Light unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, toffee, butter, light hoppy, citrus, rubber - smoke notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091206]

From tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy yellow with a small, dense and white head. Mild crisp hoppy aroma. Flavour is subdued malty, slight bitter and fresh hoppy with a mild citrusy note. Medium dry and bitter finish. Nice and easy.

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of straw - a bit farm like - but also hints of citrus. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw and citrus from the hops, leading to a dry bitter finish. Very refreshing.
