Our second version of "corn beer" follows the recipe commonly found in El Salvador which consists of purple corn, panela and pineapple. We then added a touch of pureed guava and passionfruit to put our own twist on this traditional South American drink. Expect big tropical aromas and flavors from this ruby colored brew, but not much sweetness as the fermentation process converts almost all the sugars present.
