A very smooth dark beer, where alcohol balances well with bitterness. The roasted malts give this beer its aromas of coffee, mixed with the discreet aromas of spices, liquorice and juniper berries.

Bouteille 33cl @ Niamey craft beer testing, merci Michel. BB 19/04/2019.

Bottled 330ml (in France)
Dark amber color, small off-wite head. Aroma has riped fruits and some chocolate. Medium-bodied. Riped fruits, sweetish chocolaty notes, light alcohol. Not really "brown ale" but something lke abbey dubbel. Ok.

Bottled at La Fine Mousse, Paris. Hazy mahogany colour, small head. Nutty nose with some chocolate. Medium bodied with soft, velvetty mouthfeel. Dryish and mellow with hazelnuts and light toast. Rather low bitterness. Elegant, subtle and very drinkable.

Muddy, murky brown with a decent pillow of bright beige head. Aroma of grass and chocolate, pumpernickel, barley, slight maltiness. Taste is smooth and unintrusive; very drinkable, but far too simple.
