100 % pur malt d’orge. Cette bière noble de fermentation haute est brassée à partir de deux levures de type trappiste belge. Pour personnaliser cette bière, nous utilisons un houblon floral et un houblon amer, qui lui donnent un arôme et une amertume très spécifique.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy yellow with a dense white head leaving some lacework. Fruity, yeasty nose. Medium body, dry pale malts and fruit. Very dry finish. 100110

Bottle at Le Sous Bock, Paris
Hazy golden color; poor head; the signature glass is very nice. It’s a very smple Ale, with a light residual sweetness, very ligh malt flavor and extremely light fruitness; maybe a trace of yeast; and nothing else.

Draught Fully hazy with some UFO’s, nearly not head, but a white rim. Very badly poured (unwashed glass, too cold). Citrus, slight (pale) malt, faint yeast esters. Again citrus, lemonbalm, warm malt. Retronasal definitely mint/ "cool-aid". Warming up, more citrus (orange) notes. Very refreshing, but ending quite empty, the serving temperature does not help at all. Nice blonde, but very, very "meek".

Bottled. Hazy creamy orange coloured beer with a light head, the aroma is fermented Belgian beer like with a fruity mulled nature. The flavour is quite strongly bitter and fruity, and overall refreshing. Overall a reasonable strong beer.
