La bière au miel Mandrin est l’une des bières les plus douces et fleuries de la gamme. Le miel de châtaignier exprime des notes de fleurs et de bonbon au nez et une douceur infinie en bouche.
Les saveurs miellées côtoient des notes épicées qui se contrebalancent avec la subtile amertume en fin de bouche, formant un équilibre parfait autour de 5°C.

Bottled 750ml. -from Casino supermarket, Alpe d’Huez. Cloudy Yellow/pale golden coloured, small white head, pretty strong honey in the nose. Moderate malty, herbal honey, slightly perfumed and notes of oranges with some bitterness in the finish. So-so.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, fruity, leather - shoe polish. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20100110]

Clear golden with a tiny white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with honey and floral notes. Flavour was sweet and yeasty with floral and malty notes. Finished sweet.

33 cL bottle. Pours almost clear and pale yellow with a fully gone head. Aroma is mild honey fruity to light herbal. Smooth floral and vague fruity flavoured. Medium dry and floral fruity into a medium dry finish. Slight sweet fruity impression into the far finish. Mild citric note.

Hazy blond color. Light aroma, honey and plastic, soapy. Dry mouthfeel, weak, very light flavor. Short and empty final. Useless.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with no head. The aroma is sweet malty with quite strong notes of honey in a metallic way, but also giving it flowery notes. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of honey as well as notes of metal, leading to a dry metallic and bitter finish. The body is thin. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.
