Plastic bottle. A deep brown beer with a thin tan head. The aroma is sweet with notes of grain, caramel, and malt sirup. The flavor is very sweet again with notes of grain, caramel, and malt sirup. And the body is no wonder watery thin. Yuk.

Big plastic botte.
Dark brown color, small coffee head. Sweet, dark bread -like aroma (typical to svagsdricka). Sweet, bready coca cola -like taste. Maybe I could drink this with food, this one is not so sweet than many other commercial examples.

(33 cl bottle from COOP supermarket) Dark brown color, big cream colored head. Malty grainy sweet scent, some corn syrup. Very sweet taste, the sugar lingers long after you swallow it. No bitterness. Medium body, but very sugary. Too sweet.

Dark brown color. Aroma of caramel and light cereals. Medium sweet, with caramel, saccharin. Something’s wrong...

Bottled. Dark brown with firm, beige head. Fruity aroma with saccharine and crystalized sugar. Sweet, but not achingly so. Light bodied, but not thin. Drier finish with some caramel. An aromatic and surprisingly authentic version of svagdricka, less cloying and raisiny that most commercial examples.
