Pours a pale yellow with no head. Aroma is three distinictly different parts of honey, apple, and vinous. Rather sweet. Tastes of sweet honey with faint apples a sugary, sweet finish. Sort of like honey, apple juice, and wine were all blended together... Just ok.

Thanks to beerbill for sharing - very bright light golden liquid - smells like glazed apple fritters - tastes like concentrated apple juice and booze, with some rotting/oxidized fruit flesh thing going on - alcohol burn in the finish - simply not very good.

Shared by beerbill. This is a crappy cyser. Very clear watery yellow color. Aroma is rotten apples and paint thinner. Just cheap badly made mead flavor, not good (hey, at least its a new state).
