(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a hazy, dark amber with almost no head. Fat, hoppy nose - what I usually call a hop soup. Full, heavy body with an extreme sweetness - a sweetness not even the huge body can sustain. Appears as if the yeast died before it could chew all the sugars. High level of caramel flavours while the extreme bitterness is almost completely hidden below the sweetness. Not in balance in my humble opinion. 190506

[Bottled at Købehavnske Øldage] Hazy amber, no head. Strong aroma of sweaty grapefruit. Extremely sweet - an explosion of hops and sugar. massively full bodied. The soft malt backs the enormous hop contents. Still sugar and saccharine takes over, creating an inky finish. Similar to Dogfish Head 120 Minutes, which is not a good thing as far as I’m concerned.
