From tap at the Restaurant Remouladen. Pours clear and golden dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is breadish and dark toffee caramelish roasted. Slight spiced flavoured with a nice roasted malt note and good balancing bitterness. Ends dry.

On tap. Pours a clear, warm orangey brown with an off-white head. Roasted nutty nose. Medium-bodied, roasted malt, nuts and coffee accents. Distinctly hoppy finish, some malt bitterness also. 211009

Clear brownish with a tiny beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, caramel and nuts. Flavour was sweet with hard roasted malt, chocolate, nuts and hoppy notes. Finished bitter.

Draft. A chestnut colored beer with a rim of beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel as well as a bit of butter. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, nuts, and caramel, as well as light notes of butter.
