Draught. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and light yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Slightly smoked. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Draught @ Brewpub København, Vestergade 29, 1456 København, Denmark.Clear medium red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange, moderate yeasty, belgium yest, christmas spices, cinnamon, cardamom. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and hops + spicy bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091123]

Cloudy mahogany with a medium beige creamy head. Sweet aroma with hard roasted malt, caramel, spices, hints of chocolate and dark fruits. Flavour was sweet with rather hard roasted malt, dark fruits, caramel and grassy hops. Finished dry and bitter and prenouced roastiness.

Draught at the brewpub.Dark reddish colour with medium white head.Aroma is spicey of cinnamon and cloves,slight rosted with flavor of caramel and malt,smooth nice finish.

From tap at the brewpub, thanks to Grovlam. Pours hazy amber to brown with a lacing off white head. Aroma is deep spiced with a herbal note. Aroma holds cademomme, cinnamon, annis seed and ginger. Flavour is soft malty beneath a complex spice flavour of the same spices as in the aroma. Finish holds a bitterness that has to compete against the spices but wins in the end and leaves a nice bitterness to conclude a complex spiced brew. Nice.
