Clear caramel, still.
Serious caramel, coconut, lemon, aperitif edge on the nose.
Taste is citrus with a lovely citrus honey edge, toasty, nutty, incredibly floral, lingering bright citrus.
Thin, low to no carb, creamy, slight tact, acidity is too high, kinda easy though.

Good.
