Bottle at home ... Once again Jan supplys something interesting. Ive no Idea what Knark is/means etc ... but i like the name ... SO Knark to one and alll ... Deep black ... short lived small tan head ... meaty vinious toffee woody nose ... odd fizz to it ... some whiskey ... its subtle at first but builds ... roast malts ... some toffee ..

Draught at Københavns Øldage 2009, Valby. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty cheesy aroma with hints of chocolate and coffee. Roasted malty chocolate and coffee flavor with bitter hoppy hints also some cheesy hints. Has a roasted malty chocolate finish with some warming alcohol finish.

Draught af Voldby Ølmesse. Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aorma. Strong chocolate and vanilla notes. Powerfull hravy bitter flavor. Mild chocolate and vanilla notes. Long great finish. Creamy palate. Very nice.
