33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden deep amber with alacing and collapsing off-white. Roasted and malty aroma. Roasted malty and slight caramelish with a vague sweetness. Lingering roasted and malty finish.

Bottled. A chestnut brown beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of amoke, caramel, malt, and straw, leading to a dry nutty.

Bottle @ Esbjerg Festival, 2009. Pours dark unclear brown with a creamy brown head. Rye-bread, caramel and syrup. Thin and sweet palate/flavor.

Bottle. A clear, copper pour leves a small, beige head. Roasted malts and hints of anise in the aroma. Not much evidence of hops. Sweet and malty flavor with hints of anise, and a little bitterness. Medium body. Sweet and malty finish with some metallic notes. A bit too one-dimensional for my likings but far from bad. 090704

Bottle. Frothy white fair mostly lasting head. Red-amber colour. Light delicious fruity/apple aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Moderate bitter verage finish. Oily palate but too fizzy.

Amber with a lasting off-white head. Sweet caramel aroma with notes of figs and butterscotch. Flavour is clearly diacetyl dominated, sweet and with a touch of roasted malt.

Clear dark amber with a large beige head. Aroma had roasted malt, caramela and butter notes. Flavour had roasted malt, caramel and mild hops. Finished mild bitter.
