Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a beige head. Distinct coffee in the nose. Medium body, sweet hard roasted malt and lightly sweet coffee and vanilla accents. Subdued malt bitterness. 221009

Bottle at EsBF09. Mild liquorice aroma. Black colour, no head. The flavour is mildly roasted, has a bit of used coffee grounds. The finish fades away with some old coffee.

Bottle @ Esbjerg Festival, 2009. Pours completely black with a creamy head and lacings. Hard roasted cold coffee and very ashy nose and taste. Medium and smooth palate. Coffee and grain. OK

Bottle at Jyske Øldage 2009. Creamy off-white good mostly deminishing head. Black colour. Heavy malty and light hoppy aroma. Distinct oyster notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Oyster and fishy notes. Roasted. Average finish. Oily palate.

Near black with medium dark beige head. Sweet aroma with burned malt, english liquerice, coffee and chocolate. Sweet flavour with burned malt, coffee, dark chocolate and hoppy notes. Finished mild bitter.

Bottle in Tølløse.Pitch black colour with almost no head.Aroma of rosted coffee and chocolate,feels a bit thin with mild mouthfeels slight watery aswell.

From tap at Black Swan. Pours dark black with a small, creamy and tan head. Aroma is roasted, dark malty and light chocolate. Smooth chocolate, malt and roasted flavoured towards vague smoked. Mild acidic hardroasted note yet smooth in mouthfeel and finish. Bitter roasted and mild acidic finish. Lingering smoked and chocolate flavoured lasting impression.
