(375ml bottle from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours nealry clear bright gold with a small rapidly faiding white head. Aroma of lemon and grapefruit peels, apple and pear flesh, soft peppery leafy hops, subtle lemon pulp lactic acid, a little bit of tropical undertone, and something I can't place. Flavour is lightly tart and pretty dry from the off with lemon, citrus seediness, light zest, some underripe apple/pear crispiness, light cereals middle to finish. Finish and aftertaste is dry and barely tart with minerals, soft cereals, a little citrus seed/pip, again a note I can't place. Light to medium body, soft carbonation. Decent sour IPA but a little light on sour and a little light on hops for me, quite pleasant though.
