0,5 flaske på kafe i Ribe, juli-10: Maltsødme og litt frukt, noe bitterhet. Ikke den store munnfylden. Passe karbonert. Likte den litt bedre enn bryggeriets blond ale, men det sier ikke så mye.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel as well as lighter notes of some weird fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel as well as hints of plastic, leading to a dry phenolic finish.

Bottle, kindly shared by my beerpal Jan Magnus. ABV is 6.0%. In addition to barley malts and hops it is brewed with rye malts, wormwood, juniper berries, rowan berries and liquorice root. Deep golden colour, moderate white head. Moderate aroma of caramel with some unusual spicy and herbal notes, hints of berries. Fairly dry flavour, moderate notes of spices and rowanberries. Decent beer, but with all these interesting ingredients I kind of expected a stronger herbal "punch" in the flavour.
