Bottle from Kvickly, Odder. It is black with a beige head. The aroma is sweet, roasted malt, coffee and cacao. The taste is sweet and moderate bitter.

Tap at Fermentoren. Opaque brown colour and small off-white head. Some dark chocolate in the aroma. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Coffeish, toasted, light vanilla sugar, low bitterness. Soft, balanced.

33 cl bottle best before April 2023. Near black with a thin tanned head. Sweet aroma with ground coffee, vanilla, and chocolate. Roasted notes. The taste is bitter-roasted. Drying roasted finish with lingering coffee. The spices seem to have faded somewhat.

Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours cloudy very dark brown with stable tan head. Clear aroma of malt and chocolate, with notes of yeast. Bitter, roasty flavour with malty notes and touches of yeast and spices. Roasty and estery aftertaste with spicy hints. Well-balanced, tasty, and not overpowering.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen ØJ-dag (31/10/2019) - dark brown with a beige head. Sweet and light roasted malty with notes of cocoa, coffee roast, some dark fruit, medium plus body, light vanilla sweetness and nice assortment of winter spices into the malty finish.

Flaske fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Sentrum. Svart. Høyt lysebrunt skum som daler sakte. Aroma av kaffe & kanel. Smaken lakris. Kaffen overtar i ettersmaken. Litt sukkertøy i ettersmaken. Mye bunnfall igjen på flaska. Ikke så vanvittig mye jul her - men en god porter!
