Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish floral, weeds, hay, flowers, sour grass, yeast, minerals, sorrel, bark, fruit stones, soil, raisins. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish grassy mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish mineraly, sap, minerals, sour grass, weeds, yeast, fruit stones, burnt toast, berry skin, raisins, hay, alcohol, bark, soil, butterscotch. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and harsh sour-ish mouthfeel. Fair enough, kind of boring.
