Bottled, thanks fonefan! Hazy browinish amber, mid sized head. Buttery caramel aroma. Very sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Sugar and ash, loads of butter and butterscotch. Salty bitterish finish. Unpleasant flavours and hard mouthfeel. Not a lot of positive things to say I’m afraid.

On tap at Esbjerg Beerfestival. It’s a hazy reddish copper-colored beer with a dense, fingerthick beige head. Spiced nose with cloves and cardamom, some flowers and a bready, caramel-like maltyness. Sweet, caramel flavor with ginger, cloves and cardamom. Medium to full body, nicely carbonated and quite dry. Spiced and quite sweet finish. A decent beer indeed, but too much reminding of a gingerbread. 091023
