(bottle, 33cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Discreetly aroma of doughy pale malt and white bread, also hints of metal and shy traces of grassy hops. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Initially slightly sugary, if not a tad worty malt character with dough and white bread; sweet and delicately grassy finish. Rather meh. 12.IX.18

Bouteille: Golden, clear, slowly collapsing white head; sweetish-bitter aroma of minerals and grains with an almondy touch; mild bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, but a bit sticky; short and nearly watery finish with grains and glue. Not a masterpiece...

33cl swing-top bottle, served on the Golden Pass Train between Zweisimmen and Montreux. A amber pour with a thin white head; sweet grainy aroma; sweet grainy taste; and a light grassy finish. Pleasant, but nothin gmore.

Apr. ’15. A 0.25 l bottle, thanks ogivlado! It poured pale yellow body with a tiny head. Grainy, eggy and dusty aroma. Flavor was lightly bitter with a prominent metallic note. Thin bodied (luckily) with empty finish making you think twice was it so wrong or just plainly boring?

Thanks Ogi! Shared with heavy. Golden? Thin grainy aroma, eggy. Thin taste but with some carbonation bite, slightly sweaty, eggy, malty. Distinctly unremarkable.
