Brown colour, white head. Aroma of caramel, malts, soy sauce. Sweet malty flavour, caramel, brown sugar, spicy hint. Malty finish, caramel, raisins.

[4/25/15] Bottle sample at a tasting at omhper’s place in Tyresö. Thanks omhper, AndySnow and hackobock for sharing great beers! 2010 bottle. Brown. Aroma of malt, caramel, some fruitiness, oxidation, and a bit of chocolate. Sweetish flavor with some chocolate, caramel, some fruitiness, oxidation. Medium-bodied.

Bottle(RBESG 2014): Almost clear, dark amber coloured, small foamy layer; dried fruits, molasses and toasted malt in the nose; solid sweet flavour, full bodied; sweet caramelly and fruity finish with a good dash of warming alcohol.Not bad, just a bit monotonous…

Bottle shared at the RBESG 2014, grand tasting 09/08/2014. Mahogany brown / caramel voloured pour with a cream head. Aroma is spicy rye bread, cereal, sweet caramel and some jammy berry fruits. Flavour is composed of choc coco powder, jammy fruits, some hot alcohol in the finish. Palate is medium sweet, , dusty mouthfeel and hihish carbonation.

Clear mahogany with a small beige head, some lacing. Aroma and flavors of toasted malts, ripe fruit and some chocolate

Bottle shared at the RBESG ’14, Grander Tasting @ Moncada, 09/08/14. Mahogany brown with a moderate an covering. Nose is dark fruit rinds, brown sugars, toffee, spice. Taste comprises light cocoa, toffee fudge, mellow dark fruits. Medium + body, fine carbonation, sweet licks in the close. Ok stuff.

RBESG pt 18. Moncada. Grand Tasting. Clear dark brown beer, residual pale tan head. Palate is airy and soft, mild fine carbonation. Dark toffee malts, light fruity tang. Mild spice before the light dry finish. Not bad.

Bottle shared during the RBESG 2014 London Grand Tasting - Moncada Brewery. Pours clear amber with a creamy, tan head. Toasted and toffee, lots of candied fruits. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with more sugary ripe fruits, dates, toffee. Nice. I like it.

Bottle shared at RBESG 2014 Grand Tasting. Clear red brown color with a red glare coming through, small beige head. Smell and taste malts, sweetness, lightly alcohol, slightly herbs or spices, slightly overripe fruits. Quite decent.
