500ml bottle, brygg 925, from Fenaknoken, Oslo. Initial dense and chalky, lacing-head over a cloudy, yellow body. Spiced aroma with wheat and citric fruits. Sweet citrus with banana taste on a spicy backbone. Fine and refreshing interplay of acidity and sweetness. Comprehensive interpretation of a weissbier (hotel room, 18.08.2009).

Bottle. (#820) It pours an unclear, yellow-orange body and a nice white head. The carbonation is so intense, it causes the yeast to circulate vertically. Fascinating. The aroma is too artificial, with banana and bubblegum being the most evident. Fruits, a touch of cloves and some tiny sour notes too. Too sour in the mouth, in a grainy way, with artificial banana, some citrus and yeast, and a little flavor of cloves. Medium full body, highly effervescent. Not a bad beer, but fails to pin the style I think. (080708)

Huge white fine-laced lasting head. Opaque paleish yellow body. Thin watery estery aroma with bananaish notes. Dry chemical grainy banana bubblegum taste with chalky notes. Fizzy. Carbonates in the mouth. Thin mouthfeel. Dry artificial aftertaste lingers. Didn’t like this much, which surprised me. (0.5l bottle from yngwie. Batch #820.)
