Pine resin hops, dark fruits, and loads of bready biscuit malts. Dry bitter finish. Interesting take on the style, quite hoppy, I wasn’t expecting that.

A hazed reddish brown bock with a thick frothy and lacing brown head. In aroma, loads of dark fruits, vinous character, light meaty and sulfur notes. In mouth, smooth dark fruits malt with light licorice, oily mouthfeel, lighr roasted coffee, and burning alcohol in finale. Merci Sylvain!

Bottle thanks to dEnk. Opaque brownish color, huge a bit soapy off-white head that lasts for a long time. Smell malts, some caramel, some sweetness and hops. Taste malts, hops and caramel. Some sweet-bitter towards the end and a bit dry. Medium carbonation and body.

Clear, amber body with a brown creamy head - long lasting. Full aroma of cara and burnt malts, smoke, grapes, fruit, ... Very complex and interesting nose. Heavily bitter, lightly sweey flavour: very nice and well balanced. Brilliant by being simple.
