Bottled. A murky dark brown beer with a huge orangey head. The aroma is powerful with notes of citrusy hops, caramel, malt, and perfumy notes. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and wood, as well as some notes of alcohol, leading to a dry alcoholic and woody finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a murky and totally opaque amber with a huge and lively off-white head leaving laces. Lovely hop aroma of peaches and citrus. Medium body, a little burned caramel, but very, very dry. Also dry and lightly bitter finish. Very, very far from a traditional Bock. 080210

Bottle @ Odense Tasting. Thanks Scheffel. Pours unclear dark brown with a large creamy white head and lacings. Nose is yeast, fruit, caramel and alcohol. Taste is vaguely dusty but has a good dose of citrussy hops. Medium bodied. Ends dry.

Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks Neiman. Hazy brown color with a creamy beige head. Aroma of flowery hops, some candies and sugary fruits. Slightly sweetish flavor with some malt, caramel and quite a lot of bitter hops with nice tropical fruitiness. Medium-bodied. Quite tasty.

Bottle, 7.2%. Good fruity aroma, berrylike. Cloudy dark red brown colour. Good stable tan or light brown head. The flavour is quite hoppy, grassy hop notes, not quite caramelly and piney like American hops, but a bit in that direction. There is also a it of the wet hop flavour that I am not so fond of.
