Llúpols: Centenial i celeia.

Llevats: Ale.

Altres: Poma Golden de Girona.

Alcohol: 5,8 % ABV

Nota de tast: Color ocre groguenc. Tèrbol, degut a les fermentacions naturals. Reflexes marronosos clars. Escuma color clar, ràpida i seca. Aromes d'escuma afruitades i màliques. Final curt i sensiblement sedós.

330ml bottle kindly shared by Magne. Cloudy golden body, pearl white head, spotty lacing down the glass. Distant smell of mid-sweet apples and some citric hints. Taste of apples and citrus with a light spicy touch, mid-dry. Drying endnotes. Soft carbonated. So and so. (Shared with friends, Magnebu, Sommarøy 07.09.2018).

Muddy amber color; big head. Dusty aroma, some chocolate and some jam. Dry mouthfeel, dry caramel flavor, some yeast, light fruits (strrawberries). Final astringency. The yeast is disturbing too much.

Bottled. An unclear dark amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, spices, apples, and a bit of caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, apples, and some other fruits, leading to a tart and dry finish. The body is light. Thanks yespr for sharing.
