Een ongefilterd bier van hoge gisting, met een volromige smaak. De speciale stofgist, die altijd nodig is om een Weizen bier te maken, zorgt voor fijne tonen van fruit en kruidnagel. Het gebruik van 50% tarwemout zorgt voor een broodachtige smaak. De kleur wordt veroorzaakt door het gebruik van speciaalmout, dat bekend staat om zijn karamelachtige eigenschappen.

Bottle at home. Aroma is wheat, malty, spicy yeast, clove, fruity notes. Flavour is light to moderate sweet. Body is medium. Unremarkable but decent Dunkelweizen.

Bottle, darker brown beer, small head. Aroma is malts, some caramel sweetness, wheat. Taste is the same, some fruityness. nice one.

Bottle. Brown color. Soft soapy aroma and flavor with a hint of caramel. Wheaty. A bit overcarbonated.

Bottle, courtesy of Koelschtrinker. Pours unclear amber. Aroma is dark malts, banana, clover and herbs. Body is medium, strongly carbonated, yet clearly lacking a backbone. Thinnish, with low caramel, banana and paperboard flavours. Barely drinkable.

Fles gedeeld met Roelzie. Het is een robijnrood helder bier met veel schuim. Het aroma is hoppig en fruitig. De smaak is fruitig, citrus achtig en hoppig.

EU local swap, thanks Benzai. Hefig süßlicher Beginn mit Noten von Karamell, moderat herb, minimal bitter. Fruchtig, trocken hefig, recht süffig. Gut trinkbar. 11/9/8/9/9/9

Bottle (from het biermoment). Pours golden amber with whiteish head. Aroma is hoppy, grassy, banana, phenolic . Flavor is sweet, caramel, grass, herbal, wheat, slight dishrag. Carbonation is quite high. Overall:okish.

Oranjebruin bier met schuim. Smaak is fruitig, licht zoet en licht bitter hoppig met iets van zoet fruit en grastonen.
