Aptly towering amberish cream head over brownish-orange, cloudy beer. Fruit, citrus, banana, chalk, rainwater aromas. Quite a bit of toasted malts, but wheat as well. Citrus and faint banana - missing the clove, however. Finish has quite some sweetness, sweat, stock. Well-carbonated, wheatslick, medium bodied. Better than the sum of its parts. Found in an unlikely place... HEMA...

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Hema Geldermalsen. Light brown/ dark amber with an off-white head. Malty aroma with some caramel, yeast and some spices. Taste is medium sweet and has that familiar wheat mouthfeel. Solid dunkelweizen.

Flesje thuis gedronken. Robijnrood helder bier, heftig schuimend tijdens inschenken. Schuim trekt redelijk snel weg. Hoppig, fruitig aroma. Smaak is fruitig, citrus achtig en hoppig. Nasmaak is iets bitter en wrang. Lekker bier om rustig van te genieten.

Too much carbonation. Foam disappears instantly. A bit of caramel, subtle but unpleasant bitterness. Quite watery. Lacking.

Cloudy pale amber colour, tall frothy macropore off-white to beige head, half-way lasting, good lacing. Aroma wheat, malts, caramel, yeast, fruity notes, cloves. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, toffee, lemon peel. Sweetbitter aftertaste, more malty bitterness in the finish, spicy notes, medium body, oily to creamy texture, soft carbonation, decent.
