Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours a clear brown-amber with moderate sized tight off-white head. Nice retention. Aroma is sweet malts, caramel bread and pear. Pleasant although no hops of note. Taste is a little on the thin side but all the notes are there from the aroma. Due to lack of hops it all tasted a bit samey after a while. Light bodied and medium carbonation, could have done with more zing. Below average beer but I don't get all the hatred of it. Its better than a lot of macro pale lagers which is what's it competing with, not IPAs.

Bottle 0,3ltr: Amber coloured ale from this New-Zealand giant, very refreshing but rather dull.

330ml twist top bottle from Beers of Europe: Bb 12th Dec 2021. Drank at home on 2nd Aug 2021. Red hue to the amber body, off-white head that soon left the scene. The aroma and taste lean towards a semi-sweet maltiness, I quite liked it to be honest, simple and uncomplicated beer all round.

330ml bottle – Pours a clear dark amber colour with an average sized off-white head. Aroma is sweet, caramel, some berry and boiled vegetable. Moderately sweet to sweet, sugary taste, malted caramel, some metallic flavours with not much in the way of bitterness to balance out the sweetness.
