330ml bottle bought at Foods n' Goods. A covering off-white head over a clear dark brownish body, spotty lacing. Moderate aromas of earthy malts, mid-sweet. Malt-driven flavours of dark bread, liquorice and a moment of biscuit. Mid-sweet malty end, lightly roasted. Satisfying. (Hotel room, Chania 31.05.2023).

330ml bottle; BBE May 2023. Drank at home on 28th October 2022. It's more dark brown than 'black' and has a tanned head. Weak aroma of malts, taste also malty with a mini-sweetness throughout. Hoped for more, but there is a hint of chocolate and coffee in there if you try hard enough to find them!

Bottle at ama lachai. Pours deep brown, nose is roasted, chocolate, grassy, taste is similar, sweet.

Bottle from Downtown Produce. Pours a clear dark garnet color with a large beige head and excellent retention. Spotty lacing. Aroma of dark malts. Tastes of dark malts too with no coffee aftertaste. Really clean and smooth with a creamy finish. Great beer. I could drink this all day!

27/6/2019. Bottle at Opos Palia restaurant, Athens. Pours mid brown with toffee, bread, roasted malt, chocolate, dark fruit, nut and rich dark molasses. Medium to heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, sticky texture, slightly foamy carbonation. Watery sweet finish.
